Each class will consist of a thorough warm up focusing on body isolations, footwork, cardio and stretching then will build on the same routine for the course of 4 weeks giving you a chance to improve each week and see your progress! This is a low impact, beginning workshop. Perfect for ALL bodies and fitness levels!
