TRAIN

A 45 minute training session that incorporates heavy lifting using dumbbells and other resistance equipment with functional strength exercises to improve range of motion, build resilience, power and overall balance in your body. Get strong, happy and pain free!
Clean/dry sneakers and water recommended.

RHYTHM RIDE

A high intensity indoor cycling class that feels more like a party than a workout. While focusing on pedaling to the beat of the music with basic upper body movements, it will improve your cardiovascular endurance and give you a full body strength building workout.
Clean/dry sneakers and water required.

CYCLE + TRAIN

This hybrid fitness class is everything you want in a workout. With 20 minutes of resistance training and 20 minutes of rhythm cycling, you’ll strengthen your muscles, improve cardio endurance and have a sweaty blast in the meantime! Yoga mat required and clean dry sneakers.

RHYTHM CARDIO

A 45 minute full body, heart pumping cardio workout set to the beat of the music. Light dumbbells and resistance bands will be utilized to strengthen, sculpt and tone your muscles while improving over all cardiovascular health.

STRETCH + MOBILITY

Emily's signature flow class that combines breath work, gentle stretching and mobility exercises to unlock stiff joints, restore healthy range of motion, and bring balance to the body and mind. Perfect for muscle recovery or anytime you to loosen up and soothe your nervous system.
Yoga mat required.

STRONG FLOW

Emily's signature flow class that combines functional strength and mobility exercises with dynamic stretching to improve range of motion, joint strength and overall movement quality. Fluid movements with breath will bring balance to the body and mind and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Perfect for a full body workout or post workout recovery.
Yoga mat required.

RESET + RESTORE

Reset and restore is a gentle yoga practice that features slow, fluid movement, calming breath work, long-held restorative poses and grounding meditation. Expect full-body, feel-good movements to stretch tight, tense muscles and intentional breathing to unwind the mind, offering the perfect start to your week. Appropriate for all levels of experience with heavy use of props and various modifications offered throughout to meet everyone's needs.
