As a lifelong runner and exerciser with a passion for health and wellness, Kim's journey to teaching began in 2010 when she enrolled in a yoga education class to fulfill an elective credit in college. The class offered a baseline understanding of the expansiveness of the practice and its deep healing abilities, which eventually led to the completion of her 200-hour YTT in 2014 and continued education in restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga therapy and sequencing. Kim strives to create a safe and welcoming space to encourage exercise that makes you feel good whether you're breaking a sweat or mindfully breathing.
